District Announcements
Collier County Public Schools will present the proposed 27-28 academic calendar at the January 20, 2026, Regular School Board Meeting.
This year, Religious Freedom Day shall be held on Friday, January 16, 2026, in conformity with School Board Policy 9700.
Each year, Collier County Public Schools receives federal funds to support eligible schools in our district. Feedback is valuable to schools as we plan for the 2026-2027 school year.

Dr. Jennifer Scrant
Welcome to Golden Gate Elementary School, where students step up and lead! With an emphasis on leadership, students are provided opportunities to showcase their talents and leadership skills both inside and outside the classroom. As a Leader in Me Lighthouse school, students continue to set academic and personal wildly important goals. Our committed staff works with the students to achieve their goals and we celebrate student achievements daily. GGE provides a safe and comfortable learning environment where children can become risk takers and work through productive struggles confidently. Productive struggle will help our students develop strong habits of the mind including perseverance, flexible thinking, and active learning. Go Seagulls!
